Jennifer has over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Clinicial Social Worker and Health Coach.  She has helped 100's of mothers to heal from anxiety and burnout in her coaching practice.

 Jennifer has also experienced burnout herself and knows exactly how frustrating it feels to not have the energy needed for motherhood or life.
